Ministry of Education, Culture & Higher Education (MoECHE)
MARCO contributed to curriculum development and the national education system strengthening programme (ESSP 2013–2026) in partnership with Somalia's Federal Ministry of Education.
South West State of Somalia
MARCO has supported institutional capacity building, monitoring frameworks, and community engagement initiatives across South West State.
SOS Children's Villages International
MARCO delivered independent Third-Party Monitoring for SOS's Educate Project, reaching all five Federal Member States of Somalia.

MARCO has supported USAID implementing partners with monitoring, evaluation, and accountability engagements across Somalia since 2018.

MARCO delivered the GERSI Girls' Education Baseline Survey across 8 conflict-affected districts in partnership with ADRO in 2025.
